QC system-Strict quality control
To ensure the quality of the goods received by the customer, we conduct incoming material inspection, production process inspection, finished product quality inspection, and pre-delivery inspection, strictly implementing the ISO13485 quality system standards and inspection specifications.
Our QC team strictly tests raw materials’ dimensions to ensure quality. IQC is shifting focus to prevent quality issues and assist suppliers in improving internal quality. PQC monitors semi-finished products, improving quality and reducing defects. FQC checks finished products, allowing rework if necessary. Outgoing quality control ensures qualified products before shipment, maintaining high standards throughout the production process.

Design and development
